Must read before commissioning

[ Key art, assets or more must be provided beforehand. Please confirm permission of usage beforehand. ]

✦ Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned order (at any stage of completion) for non fungible tokens (NFT). Use of the order for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens, cryptocurrency or other past, present or future blockchain-associated technologies are strictly prohibited. This includes private and public websites and/or mobile applications. I will not accept any requests from people who associate themselves with these factors either.✦Once the order is finished, you cannot ask for a refund.

✦ Payment must be made with Paypal in Euros (€)✦ You must credit me. You can do it by linking my twitter,
writing my twitter handle @Hibi_miira or by linking the commission page.✦ Can do Chorus Battle commissions but will be very picky when offered.✦ ETA for each order and category varies. Video will take the longest to make depending on complexity✦ Rush orders for video will have an additional +100% fee: this does not apply to orders where I state my own deadline.✦ Rush orders for **graphic design ** will have a +50% fee.✦ Commercial orders will have a +70% fee of the non-commercial order.✦ In case of cancellation the percentage of completed work times the full price must be paid. If that sum does not exceed the prior payment it will be deducted from the prior payment and the rest refunded.

✦ I will start working soon after receiving required assets and at least 50% of the payment.✦If you have difficulties paying a large sum of money, a monthly installment option is available.✦ Preferences such as theme, colours, fonts, effect ideas and others should be discussed beforehand. Additional ideas can be requested throughout the commission. If these don’t require changing already completed parts.✦I will charge extra for major changes due to personal preferences or similar reasons. To avoid that please provide me with necessary information beforehand. Minor changes that do not require much work shall not be charged.

✦ The HQ work will be provided once I receive the full payment. LQ previews, screenshots etc. will be provided upon request.
Sometimes I might do it myself to keep you updated.✦ I am capable of working with sketches and/or lineart if completed art can’t be provided immediately. This does not apply to instrumental/song reworks however. That must be completed in order for me to start.✦ I WILL <NOT> BE WORKING WITH COPYRIGHTED IMAGES OR FOOTAGE UNLESS PERMISSION HAS BEEN GIVEN BY THE OWNER.

✦ How long does it take you to finish a commission?

It depends on the type of order and its complexity. Some works require more thought and care so it may take a long time.
However, I try my best to follow deadlines in order to keep a tight schedule.

✦ Would you be willing to upload (x) commission for me?

No. My job is strictly to make the requested order and nothing more.
I might upload a preview for it on my own twitter or youtube but I will not be uploading it on your personal accounts.

✦ I want to order something but I don't have all assets ready, can I be put on the waitlist? // Your commissions are closed, ...

You can definitely be put on the waitlist. However, if on the side of the customer, there's no news or updates after 1-3 months you will be taken off of the waitlist. If my commissions are closed and you're on the waitlist, I'll notify you about it.

✦ Is it possible to order a custom tier for the artwork or graphic design section?

It is possible. However, I might not be willing to take up on the offer due to lack of experience in the field or otherwise.
Sometimes I don't have any examples to offer for certain things so I don't list them to begin with.
You can still ask me though and I'd be willing to answer to your specific need.

No.

✦ Do you accept commissions outside of the listed categories? (Live2D, 3D modeling, etc.)
